Kindergarten Thanksgiving and Chanukah Projects

Friday December 3rd 2021

K-105 made “I Am Thankful For” place mats. The students wrote what they are thankful for, and drew a picture. They made aprons with their own hand print on it, that was turned into a Turkey! The yeladim used these to help with the cooking on Thanksgiving.

This time of year is special, because with Chanukah and Thanksgiving close to one another, students learn what it means to be thankful, and why we daven to HaShem. With Chanukah celebration in the air, the students discussed the all of the miracles that occurred.

We’re thankful for the miracles HaShem performs for us everyday!
