On behalf of the Yeshiva of Central Queens, I welcome you to our website and to our school. Starting from nursery school and until he or she becomes bar or bat mitzvah and later heads off to high school, your child will have a place among friends here at YCQ.
When your child attends YCQ, he or she is not merely attending a Jewish school. From nursey school to eighth grade, in both Jewish and secular subjects, we offer our children the best educational experience available. It is no less than this commitment to excellence in education that prompted the U.S. Department of Education to recognize YCQ as a Blue Ribbon School.
Since 1941, YCQ has been an anchor of the Jewish community of Queens and beyond. It is a reflection of how central and continuous a role we have played since then, that many of our students over the years have gone on to send their children – and grandchildren – to YCQ as well.
If you were once a student here yourself, we look forward to carrying on the YCQ tradition with your child. And if you were not, we would love nothing more than to make your family a part of ours.
